- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Saw Dr. Cilento on 8/30 for inflammed vocal cords. Told cause was acid reflux, which I have never had before. Given prescription. Called office after 2 weeks because no improvement. Was told Dr. busy will call me later that day. No call. Called the next day, was told busy, nurse will call me later. Called later that day to tell them nurse had not called, was told office closed and they (message center) could give me another number to another office. I hung up.
