  The office staff are poorly organized. My son had an appt in October and when they called to confirm his appt he canceled due to lack of insurance. (They never mentioned the fact that he has credit for $113.00) However, I told him he needs to get a cleaning so on November 8th I called and made an appt for Nov 14th. I asked how much the cleaning would cost and they said 82 dollars. Then, they mentioned that he had a credit of 113 dollars. Were they ever going to mention the fact he had a credit that he could have used in October? So he got a confirmation text for his appt for November 14th, confirms that appt, and he shows up at the office for his appt and they tell him that he doesn't have an appt. They said who did you talk to? I said I didn't know but showed them my call history which proved that I called on the 8th at 2:52 pm to book an appt. In addition we showed them the confirmation text my son received on his phone. People... just take accountability and responsibility for your mistakes.
