  Brought my son in to see Dr.Raja and we had a fabulous experience with him. His staff was friendly when we walked in, the office was clean, we were taken right on time. Dr.Raja was very through with my son and answered all my questions- I never felt rushed or like a number in and out. He listened to my questions and concerns about a few things and we discussed different options that would be best for us. I didn't feel pressured like it was his way or no way. We had such a great experience that my whole family will be going there and I have referred friends to him. I highly recommend him.

  I'm sure the dr is great (never got to meet him). We were seen by a physician's assistant. She was great, no complains. The receptionist is rude and not helpful. I had a billing issue and was sent to collections (this was an obvious error), and I totally understand, errors happen. Unfortunately his admnististrative process is not ready to deal with such events. There is no follow-up from billing manager after repeated emails and voicemails. The poor receptionist does what she can to deal with billing questions on the fly, but she's unparepared and her attitude is not the friendliest. The community loves the dr but he's short-staffed, please fix. I have canceled all future appointments, we will not be going back.
