- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service was very unsatisfying. I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Carolina and was told she was not in when I arrived for my appointment. My total wait time was a total of almost 2 hours. Some of the ladies behind the desk were unprofessional talking about their private lives.
